Once you have submitted your order, we will sen dyou an order confirmation e-mail with your order number, details of the product you have ordered from us, payment details and shipping details... Please note that your e-mail confirmation is an acknowledgment that we have received your order, not an acceptance of the order.

International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes on orders. For easy import/export, these additional taxes and fees are calculated at checkout and included with your purchase.

Orders can take 2-5 business days to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a shipping notification email containing the tracking number. Depending on the time when the order was processed, it may not be collected by the courier until the next business day. Shipping may take between 5-10 days depending on the region.

We offer store credit or exchange only for item(s) shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Returned items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached. If the item is worn, the item will be returned and no credit will be issued for the item. Once we have received and inspected the item(s) from your return, a credit will be sent via email that can be used towards your next purchase online. Shipping costs are non -refundable. If you opted for exchangeon at least one. of your items, the exchange order will ship once your return has been received and inspected.

For security purposes, WAGMI reserves the right to deliver orders for the first time to the cardholders's verified payment or business address. To avoid delays in placing your order, please ensure that you provide accurate payment and shipping details for your credit/debit card when ordering.

If you receive a faulty item(s), please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order. After the faulty item(s) have been returned, if we determine that the goods are indeed defective, WAGMI will issue a full refund as well as shipping costs, if applicable.
